The MYB Experience

MYB Move Your Body offers fitness classes that are designed to motivate and inspire you to keep your body moving.  These classes are virtual and can be done from the comfort of your own home or any other place without having to visit a gym.  Strength training, Core, Cardio and Deep Stretch are the fundamentals and designed to burn 300-400 calories in 25 minutes.  All fitness levels are welcome.  The workouts are different every day and targetted on movements similar to everyday life.  Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals.

My name is Stephanie Hurt and I have been working out since the age of 15.  I have a loving husband and two kids which keep me busy.  I love the variety of different exercises and how a good workout makes me feel.  HIIT, Zumba and Cycling are on the top of my list and strength plus relaxation are next.  I truly feel that living a healthy lifestyle is a key part to a happy life which consists of mind, body and spirit.  I love sharing knowledge and helping others which led me to become a certified instructor.  I love exercising and making it fun for all levels and ages.  I love helping people feel welcome to workout in a judgment free zone where they can focus on loving their body.  When teaching others, we all push our limits to go far beyond our capacities.  Watching people become healthy and a better version of themselves on the inside is what it's all about.

Can't Sleep/Restless? It's Time to Move!

Virtual & Outdoor Classes

Classes are different everyday and consist of circuit training, dance cardio, strength and stretch classes.   Included also are nutritional meals and tips to optimize performance.  A yoga mat, water bottle and lightweights (optional) are recommended.
