Why We Do Fitness

MYB Move your body started in June 2020 in the midst of the pandemic.  As the gyms were closing and the nation shutting down, I knew the mental state of people was questionable.  Prior I was an assistant instructor teaching Zumba classes for Starr Fitness.  I really enjoyed it and teaching others was already a passion of mine.  Prior to the pandemic, One of my personal goals was to start teaching outdoor classes during the spring and summer months as well as Pop-Up classes throughout the city of Chicago.  I had the idea and it was planned out in my head but never had the time to execute it.  

 

MYB Move Your Body offers fitness classes that are designed to motivate and inspire you to keep your body moving.  These classes are virtual and can be done from the comfort of your own home or any other place without having to visit a gym.  Strength training, Core, Cardio, and Deep Stretch are the fundamentals and are designed to burn 300-400 calories in 25 minutes.  All fitness levels are welcome.  The workouts are different every day and targetted on movements similar to everyday life.  Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals.
